4. Program Enrollment and Participation

4.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment in programs requires submission of required information and payment of applicable fees. Enrollment is confirmed once we receive and process your payment and send you a confirmation communication.

4.2 Participation Requirements

Participants are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or review provided materials
• Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants
• Complete exercises and activities as assigned
• Use materials only for personal educational purposes
• Refrain from recording sessions without explicit permission

4.3 Attendance and Completion

We provide session recordings and materials to accommodate scheduling conflicts. However, maximum benefit requires active participation. We reserve the right to limit enrollment or remove participants who fail to meet participation standards.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Payment

Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are due at enrollment unless other arrangements are made. Payment can be made through methods specified on our website. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on timing:

• More than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus RM 100 administrative fee
• 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before program start: No refund, but enrollment can be transferred to a future session
• After program begins: No refund, no transfer

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Processing typically takes 10-14 business days.

5.3 Program Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another program. We are not liable for any additional costs or expenses you may have incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Service, including but not limited to educational materials, presentations, worksheets, templates, website content, and program recordings, is owned by Acumen Hub or licensed to us. This content is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

6.2 Your License

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for personal educational purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share materials with others
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Record or screenshot sessions without permission

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
